Questions About the SleekEZ

 Well, shedding season for horses is here! We have received orders from all over the world.  I wish that I could visit the many places where our customers reside.  Alas, I must join the brushes vicariously in their many travels.

We had a little hitch in our giddy-up last week with orders placed. Our fulfillment company,bless their hearts, did what they could to fulfill orders, but were not entirely prepared.  So, many apologies to those who had to wait longer than expected for their anticipated orders.

We have had a few questions about the product. I will answer all the questions I have received for those of you that don't have the time to inquire. Following are questions and my best, honest-to-goodness answer that I can give:

MY ORDER SAYS THAT IT WAS SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY PLACING THE ORDER. DO I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

Unfortunately, our system had a default that claimed that the order was sent out immediately upon placing the order.  We have since corrected that because we do not have a 24-7 operation.  And, that is simply a lie to say that it has been shipped when it has not been.  We have corrected that to now read that it will ship within 1 - 2 business days (usually) from the time the order is placed.  We do not anticipate that it will take longer than this unless it is large quantities. Once it is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided.  However, there are times when the shipping label is printed and the order is not completely fulfilled to put into the mail. We do anticipate that this is will be less a problem, and are making our best effort to print the shipping labels the same day that the orders are prepared for shipment.

IS MY BRUSH DAMAGED?  

We had an inquiry about a brush that has multi coloration as most do.  It was not "water damaged" as the customer thought.  We use high quality wood.  Some is pine and some is poplar. These brushes are all unique and the wood pigment is to add to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece.  They are made in the USA and quality over quantity is our ambition...As well as happy customers! Consider your brush a piece of art.

WHAT IS THE BLADE MADE OF?  I CANNOT USE METAL ON MY HORSE...

Like the curry comb and other similar shedders, it is made of metal.

MY HORSE IS VERY SENSITIVE. WILL THE BRUSH HURT?

It has been our experience that the SleekEZ is pleasing to the horse. If your horse is thin-skinned or reluctant to be brushed, take it slow.  Some horses are sensitized to heavy-handed grooming. We have encountered such horses, and when we introduce the SleekEZ to the horse in a nonaggressive, quiet manner, the horse does realize that the SleekEZ is quite pleasant and enjoyable. At that point, use two hands and go to town.

whoop my blade turned up today cant wait to try it out later on my very wooly shetland and newforest ponies. hope its a good as the videos. i’ll post again and lett you all know. thanks very much.xxx
